The positive characteristics of arolla pines are treasured since hundreds of years and are also approved by recent studies. Arolla pines is beneficial to stabilize the cardiovascular system, it lowers the heart rate, it reduces the sensitivity to changes in the weather and helps to sleep well. Furthermore, arolla pines have bacteriostatic (germicidal) effects and are antibacterial.
